At Silvi The Artist, every artwork and print is created and prepared with care. Below you’ll find clear information about delivery times, shipping, and returns.
Delivery
All artworks and prints are shipped from Burgas, Bulgaria.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on destination and local courier services.
Estimated delivery times
- Bulgaria: 24–48 hours
- European Union: 5–7 working days
- United Kingdom: 2–5 working days
- International (outside EU & UK): 2–5 working days
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking details will be provided where available.
Please note that delivery times do not include potential customs processing delays for international orders.
Shipping
- All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Canvas prints are delivered stretched and ready to hang, unless otherwise stated.
- Paper prints are shipped flat or rolled, depending on size.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Prints (canvas and paper)
- Returns are accepted for prints within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
- If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Original artworks
- Due to the unique nature of original artworks, original pieces are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged during transit.
