What types of artworks do you offer?
We offer original artworks created by Silvi, as well as high-quality paper prints and canvas prints based on selected original paintings. Canvas prints are further enhanced by hand, making each piece unique.
What is the difference between an original artwork and a print?
Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces fully created and painted by Silvi.
Prints are reproductions of original artworks. Paper prints are purely printed, while canvas prints are printed first and then hand-painted by Silvi using real paint, enhancing colours, depth, and texture. This process creates subtle reliefs on the surface, elevating the artwork beyond a standard print.
Are your prints limited edition?
Most prints are open edition, while some artworks may be produced in limited quantities. Where a print is limited edition, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Do prints come framed?
Paper prints are delivered unframed to allow you to choose framing that suits your space.
Canvas prints are delivered stretched on a high-quality wooden underframe and are ready to hang.
Are the colours exactly the same as the original artwork?
We aim to reproduce colours as accurately as possible. However, due to the printing process, hand-painting, and screen variations, slight differences may occur. Each canvas print is individually finished by hand, making every piece unique.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship artworks and prints worldwide from Burgas, Bulgaria.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times are:
- Bulgaria: 24–48 hours
- European Union: 5–7 working days
- United Kingdom: 2–5 working days
- International (outside EU & UK): 2–5 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local courier services.
How are artworks and prints packaged?
All artworks and prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Canvas prints are stretched on premium wedge stretcher frames made from lightweight, durable softwood (spruce and fir), with all wood defects removed to eliminate tension. Paper prints are shipped flat or rolled, depending on size.
Can I return a print if I change my mind?
Yes. Prints can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Full details are available on our Delivery & Returns page.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
Do you store my payment details?
No. We do not store or have access to your payment details. All payment information is handled securely by our payment providers.
Can I enquire about an original artwork before purchasing?
Yes. Original artworks are unique pieces and may require discussion before purchase. You are welcome to contact us for additional information or clarification.
Do you accept commissions or custom requests?
Silvi accepts commissions only for canvas paintings and wood paintings.
Commissions are not accepted for drawings, wall paintings, caricatures, glass, or works on paper.
Commissions are optional, availability-based, and not guaranteed. Silvi also undertakes large-scale projects and can collaborate with architects and interior designers to deliver bespoke, site-specific artworks.
